  • Preparing transportation route lists using various parameters.

  • Providing Vehicle Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), alerts, and SMS notifications.
  • Verification via automated IVR help desk and making automated IVR calls for alerts and notifications.
  • Sending email and SMS alerts for transportation purposes.
