Frequently asked questions

Can we keep our existing transport vendors?

Yes. Your vendors get their own Vendor Portal to accept bookings, assign their vehicles and see their bills. You can split a shift's work across several vendors by percentage.

How do employees and drivers get the apps?

When we onboard your company, we give your employees and drivers access to the Real Tech apps for Android.

How is Real Tech priced?

Pricing depends on your offices, shifts, number of employees and whether you also need vehicles from us. Contact us for detailed pricing.

Do we need GPS devices in every vehicle?

No. The Driver App shares the vehicle's location while a trip is running. If your vehicles already have GPS devices, they can be linked too.

How long does it take to get started?

It depends on the number of offices, shifts and vendors. Setup is mostly importing your existing Excel data. We'll give you a plan during the demo.
